JOIN TEAM “KAYLEE’S HEART”

♥ KAYLEE PAPERIN - 2011 HEART WALK  AMBASSADOR! ♥

First, I want to start by thanking all of your for your past efforts to support the American Heart Association and "Kaylee's Heart." Without your support, none of what we have been able to achieve would have been possible.

This year we are excited to announce, Kaylee was honored to be chosen by the AHA as this years Long Island Heart Walk Ambassador. She is so excited to be at the front  of the line and to be cutting the ribbon for the Heart Walk this year and be on hand for events leading up to the Heart Walk. 

I am working hard this year to make this years heart walk the best! I was also asked early this year, to be the the Community Teams Head Chairperson.  My work with the American Heart Association has always been very important to me and my family.

We could really use your help though. We are asking if you could JOIN OUR TEAM THIS YEAR and help us raise funds for this important cause and help us reach our goal!
